From $18/m² for the concept package, which covers furniture layout, mood board and shopping list. The full package, with 3D visualisation and builder drawings, starts at $25/m². The final price depends on the area and the scope.
Two to three weeks for the concept package and around six weeks for the full project with drawings and 3D visualisation. If on-site supervision is included, the timeline runs until the renovation is finished.
Both. Projects in Quito can include site visits and on-site supervision. Outside Ecuador I work remotely — the portfolio includes projects delivered that way in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod.
Spanish, Russian and English. The whole project — meetings, drawings and documentation — is delivered in the language you prefer.

Yes, and they are among the most frequent commissions. The portfolio includes studios from 15 m². In small spaces, layout and storage are exactly where good design shows most.
It depends on the rate and occupancy you achieve, but the maths is easy to do: for a 40 m² studio the Airbnb package is around $1,080. If the design lets you move your rate from $45 to $60 a night at 40% occupancy, that difference is roughly $180 a month. I will run the numbers with your figures before you decide.
Considerably. Designing to rent means thinking about how a room reads in a 4:3 photo inside a listing, about materials that survive high turnover, and about making every photographable corner count. Designing to live in is built around your habits. They are two different briefs and I approach them differently.
Yes, it is a regular part of the work. Everything runs over video calls in Spanish, Russian or English, and you receive the drawings, 3D visualisation and a shopping list with links so anyone you trust can carry out the work in Quito. I can also supervise it myself if you prefer.
